Who we are
The Verdict Family operates the YouTube channels The AI Verdict, The Fit Verdict, and The Food Verdict. This policy covers this website and the "Verdict Family YouTube API" application, an internal tool used only by the channels' owner to manage those channels. The application has no other users and is not offered to the public.
Data the application accesses
With the channel owner's own authorization, the application uses YouTube API Services to access the owner's own channels only, including:
- Channel statistics (subscriber counts, view counts, video counts)
- Video metadata and per-video statistics for the owner's videos
- YouTube Analytics reports for the owner's content
- Video upload functionality to the owner's own channels, used only when the owner instructs it
How the data is used
The data is used solely to operate, review, and publish content on the owner's own channels. We do not sell data, share data with third parties, use data for advertising, or use data to build profiles of any person. No data about viewers or subscribers of the channels is collected through the application beyond the aggregate statistics YouTube itself provides to channel owners.
Storage and retention
Authorization tokens and API results are stored on the operator's own systems, access is limited to the owner, and statistics snapshots are kept only as long as they are useful for channel review.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking access immediately stops the application from reading or uploading anything.

This website is a static information page. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
